FNBO (fnbo.com) has hired Chad Tettenborn as director of Commercial Banking for the Omaha, Lincoln and surrounding markets.

“Chad brings extensive commercial real estate expertise and a strong commitment to serving clients,” said John Grose, Vice President of Community Banking at FNBO. “We’re excited to welcome him to the team and look forward to the value he’ll bring to our customers and communities.”

With more than 20 years of experience in banking and finance, Chad partners with investors, developers and business owners to finance projects that strengthen local communities and support long-term economic growth. He provides strategic guidance and customized financing solutions for commercial property acquisitions, new developments and renovation projects, helping clients confidently navigate complex lending decisions.

“Commercial real estate is about more than financing projects. It’s about helping communities grow and creating opportunities for businesses to succeed,” said Tettenborn. “I’m excited to bring that approach to FNBO and support clients throughout eastern Nebraska.”

Additionally, he serves on the Omaha Municipal Land Bank Board and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute. He previously served on the Board of Directors for Kids Can Community Center and continues to serve as a member of its Finance Committee, as well as being actively involved with Saint Margaret Mary Church and School.

Tettenborn earned a bachelor’s degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University and an MBA with a concentration in finance from Creighton University.
