Greenleaf’s John Linscott and Adam Lowney Represent Rosen’s Inc. in $3.5M Acquisition
In October 2021, John Linscott and Adam Lowney, agents at Greenleaf Commercial Real Estate (www.greenleafcommercial.com), represented Rosen’s Inc. in the acquisition of a $3,525,000 property. Rosen’s Inc., a national agricultural supplier based in Fairmont, MN, bought a 44,670 square foot building on 4.3 acres at 6501 Cornhusker Hwy.
John works on the leasing, sale, acquisition, and development of commercial property across all use types while representing owners, investors, and tenants. In addition to his brokerage activities, John oversees and directs the Facility and Asset Management Division at Greenleaf which currently manages commercial real estate assets totaling more than $80 million.
