I Love My Dog Expo to Benefit Domesti-PUPS Set for April 9-10

The I Love My Dog Expo, sponsored in part by The Chelsea Hutchison Foundation, is back for another year to benefit Domesti-PUPS (domesti-pups.org). This year’s expo will be held April 9 – 10 at the Lancaster Event Center. The expo is a perfect opportunity to visit your favorite vendors for dog-related products and services or find your new best friend at one of several rescue organizations in attendance. Join thousands of pet lovers in the area and learn about responsible dog ownership. The event includes entertainment, games, training demonstrations, and plenty of shopping. The expo attracts dog lovers of all ages and interests. It’s also fun for those who don’t have a dog and just want to come, check out the cool canines, and be a part of the festivities. Whether you have a question for your favorite vet, want to purchase a new leash and collar, find unique doggie-related home apparel or decor, or learn a new trick, the I Love My Dog expo has something for everyone. The event will be available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. Admission is $12; children 10 and under and dogs are free.

Domesti-PUPS is a service organization that provides assistance dogs for persons with disabilities, pet therapy programs, classroom dogs and educational programs, and a rescue dog training/adoption program. It’s their hope that this event will help the general public better understand and appreciate the many ways that dogs enrich our lives.
