Dr. Adam Vossen Joins Immanuel Pathways
Immanuel (www.immanuel.com) has named Dr. Adam Vossen as Medical Director for Immanuel Pathways. Dr. Vossen will oversee and manage the medical care, collaborate with network specialists and monitor medical outcomes for the participants in the PACE program.
PACE, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, is a Medicare and\or Medicaid program for people over age 55 that may require medical and social support to continue living in their homes. This program provides community-based services to people who meet nursing home level of care. Immanuel has centers in Omaha, NE; Council Bluffs, IA serving Southwest Iowa; and Windsor Heights, IA serving Central Iowa.
Dr. Vossen’s professional experience includes: Serving as an active duty Air Force Physician since 2008 with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. In addition, Dr. Vossen served as Chief of the Internal Medicine department at Ehrling Berquist Clinic, Offutt AFB before joining Pathways. He attended the University of Minnesota School of Medicine, completed his Internal Medicine residency training at St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
