Fit Club is excited to announce that they have recently expanded their fitness and functional programming to include resistance band training.  This new equipment and training method allows for an unlimited variety of exercises that target specific areas of your body without the use of heavy equipment or strenuous movements.  Resistance bands are an effective tool for enhancing joint mobility and muscle flexibility, as they allow you to develop lean, long and strong muscles by training on diagonal, horizontal, vertical and rotational planes.  They are also utilized in conjunction with cardio-strength circuits in order to maximize calorie burning both during the workout and afterwards.  They can be used alone or with other equipment, and in a wide variety of configurations and exercises.  The elastic nature of resistance bands make it the only tool that teaches the body how to stabilize on demand while increasing overall flexibility, agility, total body strength, and cardio intensity.
