YOUniq Health Hosts Ribbon Cutting with Lincoln Chamber of Commerce

The Lincoln Chamber of Commerce held a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for YOUniq Health (youniqhealth.com), a new mental health clinic, on November 16, 2018. The event began with a devotional and prayer, led by Pastor Marcus Larivaux. After an inspiring message from Pastor Larivaux, attendees heard from Owner Dr. Amarachi Ogbonnaya-Akpa, APRN.

Dr. Amarachi is a board-certified and licensed psychiatric and mental health, family, and women’s health care nurse practitioner, skilled in preventive and routine care, as well as the management of a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions. Currently, YOUniq Health, under her clinical direction, is partnering with the Good Neighbor Community Center to offer free mental health care to those they serve within the Lincoln community who are unable to pay for their care. She strongly believes that technology has a huge role to play in providing more access to healthcare services to patients who live in underserved areas; especially those dealing with mental health issues.

Choosing YOUniq Health to assist you on your journey to wellness means working with a team that truly cares about your success and is committed to helping you achieve your health goals.
