Luxury Landscape (luxurylandscape-llc.com) has hired Jesse Stewart from Labelle, MO as a crew chief on their team. The hiring process was a little more difficult than Luxury Landscape anticipated which brought them to the decision to open the search for amazing talent outside of Nebraska, which is how they found Jesse.
Jesse had the respect, maturity, and personality Luxury was looking for, not to mention his exceptional landscaping experience. He passed the phone interview, several Zoom interviews, and the face-to-face interview with flying colors.
Jesse, along with his wife, Brianna, and two young children, made the move to Lincoln in early October. Jesse builds retaining walls and paver patios and installs beautiful landscapes.
“I’m motivated to wake up and come to work because I get to change what people see when they look out their window,” said Jesse. “One thing most people don’t know about me is that I tend to be a perfectionist when it comes to landscaping!”
