McGill Restoration Acquisitions Expand Opportunity in Concrete Restoration Industry
McGill Restoration (mcgillrestoration.com), an industry leader in concrete and masonry repair, restoration, and construction based in Omaha, recently announced its acquisition of two new businesses. In two separate transactions, McGill Restoration purchased Wilkinson Sandblasting, an industrial coating and restoration company in central Nebraska; and Commercial Waterproofing, a concrete waterproofing business with offices in Oklahoma City and Wagoner, OK. The combination of McGill Restoration with Wilkinson and Commercial Waterproofing equips them to deliver outstanding year-round, scalable restoration capabilities and allows the company to offer a wider range of job opportunities.
“We’d already grown so much in the Omaha and Lincoln areas and had a great reputation for quality work, which meant that we were able to capture lots of projects. We were ready to grow beyond the work we were successfully getting, and Oklahoma is a perfect fit. We are excited to bring the full package of large-scale restoration capabilities that we offer to this market,” said Tim McGill, president of McGill Restoration. “Both the Wilkinson Industrial and the Commercial Waterproofing teams have the talent and experience that complement what McGill has to offer.”
Since 1985, McGill Restoration has distinguished themselves with award-winning, nationally recognized projects, and they have a foundation of long-time customers. In 2015, McGill Restoration received the first of its four consecutive Inc. 5000 Awards for being one of the fastest growing (privately owned) companies in America. McGill Restoration still values the same philosophy and principles that started the company and believes strongly in their mission statement of “building relationships through craftsmanship.” To learn more, visit mcgillrestoration.com.
