Ninety-four percent of residents and families rated their safety satisfaction with Milder Manor of Lincoln as “Excellent” or “Good” in a recent report from a third party satisfaction survey.
The survey was conducted by My Inner View, an applied research company providing leaders in skilled nursing, assisted living, and senior housing with tools to ensure, benchmark and improve performance. My Inner View contains the largest data ever assembled covering resident and family satisfaction in thousands of nursing homes across the country.
Milder Manor is one of the fifty-three facilities owned or managed by the Vetter Health Services (VHS) group of Omaha, Nebraska. The Milder Manor administrator and staff develop plans to continually improve their care and services with support from the VHS network. Operating decisions are made locally to ensure that Milder Manor remains responsive to the needs of its residents and community.
