In conjunction with Join Hands Day, a national day of service to benefit youth organizations, Modern Woodmen will assist Raising Cane’s Restaurant at 48th and R streets in collecting goods for the Foster Care Closet in Lincoln. The Event will end on Saturday, May 7 2011. There will be bins located inside Raising Cane’s May 2 through May 7 to drop off children’s clothing, socks / underwear, and personal items for children newborn to age 18. This would include diapers / wipes for toddlers.
