To improve amenities for the people it serves with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Mosaic in Southeast Nebraska (mosaicinfo.org) is moving its administrative offices to the same site where its day program exists.

“Not only is this more convenient for the people we support and their families, this new site provides people we serve with more amenities than they had before,” said Nic Batterton, executive director for Mosaic in Southeast Nebraska and Mosaic in Omaha. “They now have a gaming area, a kitchen, more restrooms, and a place to pursue their individual goals and skill building.”

During day services, people can also receive a range of supports and a variety of therapeutic services to promote physical and social health.

The combined Lincoln day program and administrative office will open on Wednesday, November 2 and will be located at 5631 S 48th St., STE 280. The phone number will remain the same, (402) 477-2101.
