NAM Shares Agenda for April 21 Central Nebraska Nonprofit Conference

The Nonprofit Association of the Midlands (NAM, nonprofitam.org) will offer seminar and networking sessions on a variety of topics to support nonprofits at the 5th Annual Central Nebraska Nonprofit Conference, Thursday, April 21, at the Younes Conference Center in Kearney, NE.

Thursday’s sessions on nonprofit trends, best practices, and issues affecting the sector will include: Key Ingredients to Your Strategic Planning Recipe, Building a Fundraising Board of Directors, The Importance of Hiring People Reflective of the Population You Serve, Y’all Means All, Nonprofit Financials 101, Marketing Trends Nonprofits Need to Know and Embrace, Social Media and Nonprofits, Non-traditional Fundraising Methods and Wrap Arounds: Getting Serious About the FUN in Fundraising, Elements of an Effective Board Orientation, and Leading Sustainable Change. A pre-conference session will be held Wednesday, April 20, with presentations titled Embracing Creative Staff to Thrive and Crush Your Biggest Goals by Silencing Your Inner Critic and Banishing Limiting Beliefs.
