Aging Ally, a Lincoln-based healthcare advocacy and navigation service, is helping families manage the growing complexity of today’s healthcare system – especially when caring for aging loved ones. Founded by Brenda Soto, RN, Aging Ally was created to bridge the gap between medical care and the real-life decisions families face every day. From hospital discharges to new diagnoses, many families are left overwhelmed and unsure of next steps.

“It often starts with something small,” said Soto. “Families want to do the right thing, but they’re trying to navigate a system that isn’t always easy to understand.”

Aging Ally provides personalized support to help clients understand care plans, coordinate services, navigate insurance, and make informed decisions with confidence.

From May 1 through May 28, Aging Ally is participating in Give to Lincoln Day to expand access to advocacy services for individuals and families in need. Community members are encouraged to support this mission by donating through Aging Ally’s designated Give to

Lincoln Day link at givetolincoln.com/search?search=AGING+ALLY. Donations will help ensure that more individuals and families receive guidance, clarity, and support – so no one has to navigate healthcare alone.
