American Heart Association Announces Chairs for 2020 Lincoln Heart Ball
The American Heart Association (www.heart.org/Lincoln) is pleased to announce the chairs for the 2020 Lincoln Heart Ball: Dr. Matthew Johnson with Bryan Heart and his wife Mrs. KaCey Johnson. Dr. Johnson is a cardiologist in Lincoln who specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of heart and cardiovascular conditions. The annual black-tie event will be held Saturday, March 7, at the Embassy Suites, 1040 P St. The evening kicks off with a cocktail reception at 6 p.m. and dinner at 8 p.m., followed by a live auction and a chance to hear about the meaningful work the American Heart Association is doing.
The Lincoln Heart Ball was created to celebrate the energy, passion, and commitment of donors, healthcare providers, community leaders, sponsors, volunteers, and survivors to raise funds for lifesaving research and education. Funds raised during the event will support the fight against cardiovascular diseases—the leading cause of death for men and women in the United States each year.
