Angels Among Us Announces New Pediatric Cancer Family Programming Funded for 2022
At Angels Among Us’ (myangelsamongus.org) 15-year anniversary event on October 15, new emotional support programming for pediatric cancer families was announced to begin in early 2022. This new programming will consist of monthly opportunities for kids and teens battling cancer, their siblings, and caregivers to get together for support and respite time. This new programming will also include multiple opportunities for family outings as well as a bereavement group that meets regularly with a certified clinician and is specifically focused on families who have lost a child to cancer.
At the event, attendees were given the opportunity to sponsor a specific program for 2022 and Angels Among Us is proud to announce that all programs were fully sponsored in less than 10 minutes. The following programs were sponsored by these generous supporters:
- Kids Link sponsored by Justin and Katie Lieffers
- Teen Link sponsored by an anonymous do not
