People’s City Mission (pcmlincoln.org) serves almost 400 children each year. As the back-to-school season approaches, they want to ensure every child has the supplies they need!
They are asking the Lincoln community to gather and donate school supplies so kids can start the school year off with confidence. Donations of school supplies ease a burden that many families carry.
Every year, People’s City Mission hosts a Back to School Bash where families can pick out school supplies, receive new shoes and haircuts, and most of all, celebrate the new school year! Needed items include backpacks, notebooks, folders, pencils, pens, crayons, colored pencils, markers, glue sticks, scissors, highlighters, rulers, binders, loose-leaf paper and other classroom essentials.
