Bridge Behavioral Health Honors Staff for Making a Difference on Front Lines in 2020

The Bridge Behavioral Health (thebridgenebraska.org) pulled out the stops to honor all 50 employees by placing yard signs at each of their homes, noting: “Be proud of the work you do, the person you are, and the difference you make. Thank you for your dedication to The Bridge Behavioral Health.” Members of the organization’s Board of Directors took the time and effort to have the signs made and deliver them personally to all employees to show their appreciation for the staff’s tenacity and success throughout the challenges of the pandemic in 2020.

“2020 was one of the most challenging years in recent history,” said Board Member Todd Duncan. “We wanted to recognize the dedicated staff at The Bridge who worked on the front lines under difficult conditions all year long to provide critical services to clients in our community. The yard signs seemed like a fun way to draw attention to The Bridge staff members who deserve to be recognized for their service and sacrifice.”
