Bright Lights Opens Summer 2021 Camp Registration Early, February 27

Registration for Bright Lights (BrightLights.org) Summer 2021 camps is opening up earlier this year Saturday, February 27, at 8 a.m. online at BrightLights.org. This year marks Bright Lights 35th summer of offering hands-on learning experiences to K–8th grade students. Their camps are a great way for elementary and middle school students to maximize the fun of summer vacation while secretly allowing parents to know their children are avoiding learning loss. These extra learning opportunities are especially important for students this year.

Bright Lights camps will take place during the following five weeks: June 7–11; June 14–18 (International Week at Lux Middle School); June 21–25; June 28–July 2; and July 12–16.

The Bright Lights camp schedule—listing out the specific half-day and full-day camp topics they are offering—will be available at BrightLights.org by mid-February.

Bright Lights has also set Holmes Elementary as the main site for their camps (others take place at various community sites around Lincoln) with Before Care and Lunch Care services available at select sites. More details on these services can be found at BrightLights.org.
