Bud’s Thrift Shoppe (bridgestohopene.org) is thrilled to celebrate six incredible years at the ‘O’ Street location! The recent three-day anniversary sale brought in more than $4,500, and they’re so grateful to everyone who shopped, donated and celebrated with them. Your continued support allows them to carry out their mission of second chances every single day.
Bud’s Thrift Shoppe was created in honor of Pastor Bud Christenson, founder of Bridges to Hope. As a vital fundraiser for the nonprofit, Bud’s plays a key role in supporting individuals who have been incarcerated and are working to rebuild their lives. All proceeds from their sales of donated home décor, furniture, clothing and unique household items go directly toward supporting and encouraging individuals who have experienced incarceration or justice involvement and are working toward reentering society.
Located at 2226 O St. in Lincoln, Bud’s has grown into a warm, welcoming hub for second chances and great finds. They’re open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Come shop with purpose—every purchase makes a difference!
Upcoming Events:
- Dollar Days: August 7–9
