Camp Registration and Camp Assistant Applications Still Open at Bright Lights

While summer camps have officially kicked off for Bright Lights (brightlights.org/assistants/application.html), there’s still time to register for their half-day and full-day camps or apply to be a camp assistant.

Bright Lights’ summer camps give elementary and middle school students the opportunity to focus on their talents, strengths, and interests in camps that will make the most of their out-of-school time. Bright Lights accepts camp registration until the week before each camp begins. To see the camps that are still available, visit BrightLights.org and click on the orange “Register” button. You can then filter the list by your student’s grade or the week the camp takes place. If you need to drop kids off before you head to work, Bright Lights also offers Before Care beginning at 7:30 a.m. for camps taking place at Roper Elementary. Simply select it during the online registration process.

Bright Lights is also taking applications for camp assistants! Being a camp assistant lets students 8th grade and older gain some resume-worthy experience and fun volunteer hours. These valuable volunteers provide support to teachers in each of the nearly 100 camps Bright Lights offers, enriching the experience for everyone involved.
