CBMC Expands Young Professionals Groups to Help Men 22-40 Navigate Life’s Challenges
CBMC Lincoln (Lincoln.cbmc.com) is excited to announce they have expanded the number of Young Professional (YP) groups they offer. These YP groups are designed specifically to help men ages 22 to 40 navigate the challenges, pressures, and priorities of family, work, community, and faith. They offer a close-knit community where men can grow personally, professionally, and spiritually, and they foster strong relationships of like-minded peers who help each other live a life of purpose, fulfillment, and impact.
Each CBMC YP group comprises 8 to 12 men who meet once a month, with an initial 12-month commitment. The format includes sharing dinner and fellowship, learning and applying principles for spiritual growth, and hearing from a seasoned Christian business owner or leader, who shares some principles learned in life, leadership, and business, followed by a Q&A. The meeting concludes with a time for participants to share, challenge, and learn from each other in a facilitated discussion, as well as time for prayer. Each member is encouraged to connect with one or two other members between monthly meetings to build relationships, support, and accountability.
CBMC Lincoln is part of a global ministry that encourages men toward spiritual development, personal integrity, principled leadership, and a desire to impact others positively.
