Child Guidance Center Needs Your Support Today
Specializing in mental health treatment services, Child Guidance Center (www.child-guidance.org) offers hope to 1,800 – 2,000 Lincoln area families on an annual basis. Child Guidance Center is the largest provider of children’s mental health services in Lincoln and also the premier leader in evidence-based trauma therapy for children and families. Their team includes 41 licensed, clinical staff who make up almost 50% of the Center’s workforce.
Child Guidance Center is asking for your heart-felt gift of any size to help ensure that they are able to serve all children and families who need their support TODAY and throughout the year.
- $40 will provide two weeks of food for George and Teddy, on-site therapy dogs who provide much love and comfort.
- $75 will purchase gas to provide transportation for children participating in the Extended Day Treatment program five days a week.
- $111 will provide one hour of Outpatient treatment for a child or family who doesn’t have the ability to pay for services.
- $200 will provide clothing and personal care items for the boys in the Therapeutic Group Home.
