City Impact (www.cityimpact.org) is celebrating 25 years of impact in Lincoln and beyond! Since 1997, City Impact has walked with under-resourced youth in Lincoln, launching leaders into our community.
On May 20, City Impact held a Family Reunion celebrating 25 years of youth empowerment. Families, youth, alumni, volunteers, and supporters crowded Peter Pan Park to enjoy live performances, local food trucks, activities, dancing, and lots of great conversation.
“God started a work here 25 years ago, and you all are continuing it!” said Carma Bryan, City Impact co-founder.
“The work we do is long-term and creates a generational impact,” said Lisa Guill, communications director. “Our youth have immense untapped potential. It takes a village to cultivate that, and we have an amazing village!”
