DSAF to Participate in National Inclusive Schools Week

The Down Syndrome Association for Families (DSAF; www.dsafnebraska.org) of Nebraska announced that they will participate in National Inclusive Schools Week taking place December 2-6. Inclusive Schools Week is a time designated to acknowledge the hard work and commitment of teachers, administrators, students, and parents in making their schools, and consequently their communities, more inclusive.

DSAF will be providing encouragement during this week for schools to showcase their efforts to provide inclusive environments.

Since the inaugural celebration in 2001, Inclusive Schools Week has been celebrated by tens of thousands of students, families, and educators in schools and communities in every state in the United States as well as communities across the globe.
