Adults 55 and up are invited to celebrate health, movement and community at FOREVERWELL® Day on Wednesday, Sept. 9, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The free event runs at all four YMCA of Lincoln (ymcalincoln.org) branches: Cooper, Copple Family, Fallbrook and Northeast.

Each location brings its own lineup. Expect group exercise classes like yoga, water fitness and Zumba Gold, wellness screenings and Evolt body composition scans, equipment orientations and local vendors offering resources on everything from senior living to estate planning. Northeast YMCA rounds out the day with a community potluck, Mahjong lessons and a Lincoln City Library bookmobile visit. FOREVERWELL® Day is designed to help older adults connect, learn and get moving in a welcoming, low pressure setting.

Beyond this event, the Y is committed to helping older adults stay active year round. From group exercise classes designed for varying ability levels to social opportunities and wellness resources, YMCA of Lincoln supports healthy aging as a core part of its mission to strengthen the community.

Visit any Lincoln YMCA branch on Sept. 9 to join in. No membership required. For more information, visit ymcalincoln.org or contact your nearest branch.
