October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and Friendship Home (friendshiphome.org) is hosting their second annual fundraising event, Illuminate: Hope Shines Here on Oct. 22.
The event is dedicated to raising awareness and generating critical support for survivors of domestic violence and their children. Guests of Illuminate will have the opportunity to eat, drink and mingle with others and the event features a live auction where guests can bid for donated experiences.
Friendship Home invites you to join them for a night of reflection and advocacy at Illuminate on Thursday, Oct. 22, at the Rococo Theatre.
Your support helps to meet the growing needs of survivors in Lincoln, and by attending, you will provide a brighter future for those experiencing domestic violence.
