You read that right. Hickman Hay Days Car Show is being hosted by the volunteers of the Husker Fans Salute the Troops Foundation (HuskerSalute.org). All proceeds from the car show will be going to support the 2024 Husker Salute weekend, where up to 100 veterans and military families are treated to a morale-boosting weekend of fun, free, family-oriented activities with the goal to combat PTSD and to help with suicide prevention.
The Hickman Hay Days Husker Salute Car Show is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 27 in downtown Hickman, NE on 2nd and Locust St. Registration is only $20 per show car! To register, go to charity.pledgeit.org/carshow, email HuskerSalute@gmail.com or call Kelli at (402) 416-2004.
