Houses of Hope (housesofhope.com) will be celebrating their 60th anniversary on Wednesday, March 29 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Robber’s Cave. The event will feature national recovery speaker Tony Hoffman. Tony will share his story about his own mental health, addiction, and recovery. Light appetizers will be served. Tours of Robber’s Cave will take place between 6 and 7 p.m. in three groups of 20 people for the first 60 sponsored or individual tickets sold for the event.

Houses of Hope of Nebraska, Inc. was founded in 1962. Since then, they have evolved into three programs, the transitional residential halfway house program, the Touchstone short-term residential substance use treatment facility for adults, and the Targeted Adult Service Coordination (TASC) program. Touchstone is a collaboration between Houses of Hope and CenterPointe. The Targeted Adult Service Coordination (TASC) program is a collaboration between Houses of Hope, Lutheran Family Services, Blue Valley Behavioral Health, The Bridge Behavioral Health, and Region V Services. TASC provides blended intensive community services, crisis response teams, emergency community support for adult men and women, and system of care services for youth.
