The Lincoln Human Resource Management Association (LHRMA) has announced their October meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 8th at The Lodge at Wilderness Ridge in Lincoln, NE.
The key note and luncheon will be held from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m., presented by attorney Pamela J. Bourne, partner with Woods & Aitken LLP. The key note is titled “Managing Poor Performers”. A workshop will follow from 1:15 – 3:30 p.m. discussing “How to Conduct Investigations”. These presentations will focus on tools to help the audience prevent employment claims from arising and sharing HR strategies that will result in a sound defense position should claims occur. All members of the community are invited to attend this event. Registration can be completed online at lincolnhr.org, with a deadline of October 4th.
LHRMA provides Human Resource Management professionals the opportunity to interchange ideas, experiences, and practices while promoting professional ethics and acquaintanceship.
