The Nebraska Statewide Arboretum is a 501(c)3 nonprofit founded in 1978 that plants Nebraska for healthy people, vibrant communities and a resilient environment. They do this through tree planting, garden making, education and community building. They value their partnerships with more than 100 affiliate sites throughout the state, more than 1,000 members and with the Nebraska Forest Service and the Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources at the University of Nebraska. Over the last 30 years, they’ve distributed more than $10 million in grant funds to communities across the state to help make Nebraska a place where everyone wants to live, work and play.
