When one organization is working toward a mission, there’s an auspicious energy that exudes from its pores. Now imagine putting five, ten or even 20 different nonprofits and socially-minded businesses together in the same space.
That energy amplifies. And that’s exactly the type of environment Nonprofit Hub is creating with its coworking space that opened its doors in March.
While nonprofits and socially-minded businesses are working in the space daily, Nonprofit Hub (lincoln.nonprofithub.org/hubday) decided to open its doors every week for a special day—something they’re calling Hub Day. That means every Wednesday, any nonprofit can use the space at no cost. They’ll have an opportunity to meet and interact with other nonprofits in the community to take part in that collaborative environment.
Happening most Hub Days is a series called Heard at the Hub, where nonprofits are invited to bring their lunch to learn about topics from direct mail to effective nonprofit management, fundraising and everything in between.
