Every year on May 25, Towel Day is celebrated to remember Douglas Adams.
In partnership with Don’t Panic Labs, PCM hosts a towel drive to help celebrate Douglas Adams and address an easily overlooked need.
Towels might seem like a small, everyday item, but for people experiencing homelessness they can make a huge difference in dignity, health, and daily survival.
A towel can provide a multitude of things, like personal hygiene, health, warmth, protection, and a sense of dignity.
Consider donating new or gently used towels during our collection dates May 11 – 25.
