Lincoln Christian Businessmen’s Connection (CBMC) (Lincoln.cbmc.com) will host a Leadership Coach Training workshop on Tuesday, October 20 at their office at 4435 O Street.
In this 7-week course, you’ll learn how to coach others in a meaningful, Christ-centered way through one-on-one, real-life conversations that lead to growth, change, and purpose.

- How to coach someone in a one-on-one setting that’s all about real growth, not just surface fixes.
- How to listen well, ask powerful questions, and help people move forward in life, faith, and leadership.
- How to build your own coaching style using tools trusted by pro coaches—but rooted in your faith.
You’ll also discover how to help others get clear on what really matters to them, set goals and make a real plan to go after them, navigate the messy, in-between seasons of life and leadership and learn to listen for God’s voice and direction.
