The HUB Central Access Point for Young Adults is incredibly grateful to Lincoln Rotary Club 14 for selecting the organization as part of this year’s Rise Shine Give event, on Sat. Feb 7, a morning that raised both awareness and critical support for young adults in the community.

What made this event especially meaningful were the stories shared by individuals and Rotarians whose own life experiences mirror the challenges many young people at The HUB face today. To see people who once could have benefited from the same support now giving back, raising their voices, their time, and their resources, is powerful and deeply inspiring.

This is what community looks like. This is what hope looks like. This is what full circle looks like.

Preliminary fundraising totals for the event are being reported at $70,000 raised! These funds will be spilt between The HUB Central Access Point for Young Adults and the Rotary 14 Foundation. Lincoln Rotary Club 14 Foundation is the conduit for Rotary’s charitable giving and community service projects.

Because of Rotary 14 and everyone who showed up, gave generously, and helped spread the word, The HUB can continue walking alongside young adults as they build stability, connection, and independence.

Thank you for believing in young people and in the power of community support to change lives. To learn more about supporting The HUB visit, hublincoln.org.
