Strictly Business is accepting clothing donations throughout the month of September for its Fashion for Freedom events benefiting Disrupting Traffick, a Nebraska nonprofit dedicated to disrupting the cycle of sexual exploitation.
As you transition your wardrobe and closets for fall, consider donating the items you didn’t wear or no longer need. Donations can be dropped off at any Morrow Collision Center location:
* 3600 N 22nd St.
* 2801 N 83rd St.
* 1241 Aries Dr.
Husker gear for both men and women is especially requested for the upcoming season, along with holiday clothing, fall and winter coats, but will accept any season of clothing or accessory. Donated items will be sold at upcoming clothing sales, with most items priced between $3 and $20. All proceeds will benefit Disrupting Traffick.
Disrupting Traffick provides crisis stabilization and tangible resources to women and youth who are at risk of being trafficked or are currently experiencing trafficking. Any items not sold during the Fashion for Freedom sales will be donated to the Disrupting Traffick Resource Center, ensuring every piece of clothing, pair of shoes, piece of jewelry, belt or bag can be put to use.
This is a great opportunity to clear out your closet while supporting an organization making a difference for the community.
