Tabitha (Tabitha.org), in partnership with the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office, will host Cyber Savvy Seniors: Scams & Fraud Education at S2age Living, 420 S. 47th Street in Lincoln. Attendees may choose from two free sessions: Monday, October 14 at 6:30 p.m. or Tuesday, October 29 at 10:30 a.m. Free on-site parking is available.

This educational program is designed to help older adults safeguard themselves against fraud and identity theft. Presenters will cover the Top 10 scams in Nebraska, how to avoid imposter scams, prevent identity theft, and stop unwanted calls. Every attendee will receive a free Consumer Protections Kit with practical resources to stay secure.

For generations, Tabitha has supported Nebraska families, empowering older adults to thrive since its founding in Lincoln in 1886. In October 2024, Tabitha entered an affiliation agreement with Eventide, headquartered in Moorhead, Minnesota, further expanding its mission to serve older adults as part of the award-winning, nonprofit Eventide system.
