The Foundry Community and Firespring Foundation (foundry.com) are excited to support this year’s Ignite Lincoln on Feb. 17. Ignite Lincoln strives to amplify the voices and missions of local nonprofits, placing them at the heart of its programming.
This year’s Ignite Lincoln is partnering with the E.N. Thompson Forum on World Issues.
Since 1988, the Forum has brought diverse perspectives on global and public policy issues to Nebraska, sparking dialogue and promoting understanding—goals closely aligned with Ignite Lincoln’s mission.
This year, Ignite 17 shares the E.N. Thompson Forum’s theme of “Belonging: Finding Connection in a Lonely World,” which will explore the growing public health crisis of loneliness and isolation, and the vital role of human connection in improving individual and community well-being.
Ignite will be awarding $4,500 to nonprofits here in Lincoln. You won’t want to miss this night of community connection and impact.
