The Sowers Club is inviting the community to take part in two of its biggest annual fundraisers, the Poker Run and Golf Tournament, both supporting charitable giving throughout Lincoln.
The 14th Annual Poker Run will take place on Saturday, May 30 at 10 a.m. All cars and motorcycles are welcome, and participants can join at any or all
stops along the route. Stops include Frontier Harley-Davidson, Don’s Bar in Memphis, Red Zone in Colon, Val’s Tavern in Valparaiso, and Madsen’s in Lincoln, where the event wraps up with a silent auction and raffles.
The 26th Annual Golf Tournament will be held Saturday, June 27 at 9 a.m. at Holmes Lake. Open to all skill levels, four-person teams can register for $400, which includes a cart, lunch, pin prizes, and a silent auction.
As these are the organization’s largest fundraisers of the year, The Sowers Club is currently seeking silent auction donations and hole sponsors for the golf tournament.
