Willard Community Center (willardcommunitycenter.org) is honored to announce it has received a $40,000 grant from the Nebraska Presbyterian Foundation in support of its growing adult and senior programming. This generous funding will help expand opportunities that promote wellness, lifelong learning and social connection for older adults in southwest Lincoln.

The expansion will include a new lineup of specialized health and wellness classes in partnership with Bryan Health, focusing on key topics identified by community participants. Classes will run Jan. 8 through April 30, 2026, from 11 a.m. to noon at Willard Community Center, 1245 S. Folsom St.

Residents are encouraged to keep an eye on Willard’s website and social media for class announcements, schedules and registration details in the coming weeks.

Through the support of community partners like the Nebraska Presbyterian Foundation, Willard continues its commitment to being a place where friendship has no age limit and learning never stops.
