The Women in Sales and Business (WISB) monthly meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 8th at The Knolls Country Club.
Guest speaker: Carmen Schwab is the owner and founder of Water Cooler “Talk,” a business focused on the customer experience. Her passion and life goal is to inspire, motivate, educate, challenge and encourage others toward customer service excellence from the inside out! Internal customer service, employee to employee, is the springboard to a great and memorable external experience.

The group will learn about DISC, a behavioral assessment tool that addresses the four behavioral styles represented in the workplace, school, family and relationships (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance). Each style has its own set of characteristics, communication styles and attributes. Therefore, they are all needed within every environment. Carmen is a very fun and engaging speaker and will leave you with great tools and resources to enhance your communication.
