In partnership with the Lincoln Parks and Recreation Department, the Lincoln YMCA (YMCALincoln.org) is bringing its popular Fit for Life: Strength & Stretch classes to the community. Held at Air Park Community Center, Easterday Recreation Center and Willard Community Center, these six-week sessions are perfect for improving strength, balance and mobility for daily living skills. Classes are low-impact and accessible for participants of all ages and abilities.

“This partnership reflects the power of coming together to meet people where they are,” shared Renee Yost, YMCA of Lincoln President and CEO. “We’re creating spaces where individuals of all ages can connect, thrive and belong – because health isn’t one size fits all.” The six-week session includes 12 classes and costs $12 for community members. YMCA of Lincoln members may attend at no cost.
