The YMCA of Lincoln is working to expand its reach and deepen its impact by 2030 through its Thrive at the Y strategic plan, focused on Purpose, Programming, People, and Places. As a nonprofit, the Y is dedicated to ensuring everyone has access to connection, wellness, and opportunity—regardless of financial barriers.
This work comes to life through financial assistance supporting more than 1,700 individuals annually, expanded programs for all ages and abilities, and investments in staff, volunteers, and community partnerships.
The Y is also enhancing its spaces with upgrades like new AEDs with REALConnect, the launch of EGYM smart fitness technology, and improvements to outdoor pools.
