The YMCA of Lincoln is excited to announce the arrival of EGYM smart strength equipment, offering a more personalized way to build strength and stay active.
The guided circuit delivers a full-body workout in under 30 minutes, making it an approachable and time-efficient option for those new to strength training or looking to stay strong, active, and independent.
“At the YMCA, we’re always looking for ways to make health and wellness more accessible,” said Karla Hudson, associate executive director at the Cooper YMCA. “EGYM removes the intimidation that can come with strength training, creating a supportive and personal experience for everyone—from those just getting started to our 55+ community.”
EGYM is available at the Cooper YMCA, located at 6767 S. 14th St. Lincoln YMCA members can access this smart fitness technology for a one-time $25 fee, which includes an EGYM wristband and onboarding session.
