The YMCA of Lincoln (YMCALincoln.org) will host its fourth annual Bids for Kids online auction from October 22 – November 2. Bidding opens at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, October 22, and concludes at 12 p.m. on Sunday, November 2.
Auction proceeds benefit the YMCA’s Annual Fundraising Campaign, which powers critical programs and activities that keep kids safe, people healthy and families strong. Through the campaign, the YMCA ensures all families have access to Y programing regardless of financial limitations. In 2024, the YMCA helped more than 1,300 families participate in programs like swim lessons, youth sports and senior activities, providing more than $800,000 in support.
“We’re thrilled to offer a wide range of one-of-a-kind items and experiences, all made possible by the incredible support of local businesses and community members,” shared Dani Bryant, executive director of Mission Advancement for the Lincoln YMCA. “With the convenience of the online format, supporters from anywhere can take part, bid generously, and make a meaningful impact.”
