Youth for Christ Hosts 1st Annual Comedy Night at Rococo Theater

Youth for Christ’s (www.yfclincoln.org) first annual Comedy Night was a hit! Over 500 people came to Rococo Theater last month to enjoy the talent and humor of Taylor Mason and the stories of life change brought about through the work of YFC’s ministries.

The story of a young, jailed teen mom’s hope through a Parent Life program and a testimony of a high school boy’s re-found faith in God through Campus Life inspired the audience. Over $41,000 were raised thanks to the generous attendees and corporate sponsors.

Youth for Christ Lincoln Area is a non-denominational, non-judgements, non-profit organization serving youth in the Lincoln community and surrounding areas. We engage youth through three ministries: Campus Life to high school and middle school teens, Juvenile Justice to jailed teens, and Parent Life to pregnant and parenting teens.  Through regular programming and special events, YFC Lincoln Area works with over 2,400 local youth with the goal of engaging them in a healthy relationship with God and others.
