Access Family Medicine Announces the Addition of Krystal Jackson PA-C

Krystal Jackson PA-C has joined Dr. Todd Johnson at Access Family Medicine (accessfamilymedicine.com). Krystal brings with her 15 years of exceptional experience in primary care. She began her career in rural Kansas with two doctors and one other PA. Nearly eight years and two children later, Krystal and her husband felt a strong desire to get back home to Nebraska. Most recently, Krystal worked in a primary care clinic in Crete. She spent eight years there sharpening her clinical skills.

Born and raised in rural Nebraska, Krystal developed an unending love for small, meaningful relationships. She spent many hours in the local nursing home during high school and college working as a nurses’ aide. Krystal graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in biology. In 2004, she completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

Krystal has studied the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model and believes in the core values and mission of Access Family Medicine. Krystal states, “It is a privilege to care for people. There is no greater honor and responsibility than for people to trust you with their health. I recognize and value that privilege, trust, and that relationship.”

Access Family Medicine at 8101 O St. is Nebraska’s first DPC, membership based clinic. Their physicians believe that excellent health care can only be achieved with adequate one-on-one interaction. The addition of a new provider means that the clinic is now accepting new patients. Learn more online at accessfamilymedicine.com or call (402) 858-1510.
