Access Family Medicine (accessfamilymedicine.com) is excited to welcome Teresa Novak to the team. Teresa is eager to work in the Direct Primary Care field after over 30 years as a family practice provider.
Teresa obtained her bachelor’s degree in pre-med biology in 1986 at Doane College in Crete. She attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center and received her physician assistant degree in 1990.
Teresa began her career providing family and hospital medicine in rural Nebraska from 1990 – 1993. Since then, she has worked as a family practice provider in Lincoln, including 14 years of caring for families at a satellite clinic in Ashland.
Teresa is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates and the Nebraska Academy of Physician Assistants. In her free time, she enjoys movies, spoiling her pets and singing/performing with her husband, Ledo.
