Berry Law Welcomes Attorney and Marine Corps Veteran Matthew Knipe
Berry Law (jsberrylaw.com) has added another seasoned criminal defense lawyer to the team in order to continue expanding services for their clients. Matthew Knipe joins Berry Law’s Omaha office. He will represent persons charged with crimes as part of his mission to uphold the Constitutional rights on which the country was founded.
Knipe has extensive experience representing clients in both state and federal court, and he will add more firepower to Berry Law’s criminal defense practice. Prior to joining the firm, Knipe served as a defense attorney in Iowa at the firm of McCarthy & Hamrock, P.C. Knipe is also a Veteran, currently serving as a Senior Enlisted Advisor/Detachment Gunnery Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. He is currently assigned to Detachment 1, Maintenance Company located in Omaha. He deployed to Afghanistan in 2010 and has engaged in training operations around the world. Knipe received his Juris Doctor from Drake Law School while also obtaining a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Drake University.
Knipe’s dedication to supporting the rights of Americans has been a lifelong commitment. Upon graduation from high school, Knipe enlisted in the United States Marine Corps where he swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States. Now, he defends the Constitution by safeguarding the individual rights of every client he represents.
