City Impact Appoints Dustin Oltman to New Position, Leadership Director

City Impact (cityimpact.org) is excited to announce that Dustin Oltman has been named as the organization’s first-ever leadership director. The new position will launch this fall, creating even more opportunity for Lincoln youth.

Dustin has been part of the City Impact family since 2012 as the strengths for life mentoring director. While his role at City Impact has taken several forms over the years, this new full-time position is a perfect fit for Dustin. His passion for cultivating youth, combined with a skilled approach to community organization and strengths-based leadership development, will be a great asset to City Impact youth.
