Kristine Brennan, LPC, CEAP, Continuum EAP’s Executive Director for the past 35 years, has announced her retirement at the end of October. Under her leadership, Continuum EAP (originally Lincoln EAP) has grown from a fledgling organization to a strong company known for its excellence and innovation in EAP services and serves companies throughout Nebraska and the United States. Most recently, Kristine was a member of the Greater Lincoln Workforce Investment Board, the Independence Center Advisory Committee, the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce and LIBA. Kristine has been recognized as a leader in the EAP field, was involved on the leadership level with the national EAP Associations and served on the Editorial Advisory Board of EAP Digest.
Gail Sutter, LMHP, CEAP was selected by Continuum’s Board of Directors as the new Executive Director. Gail has been an organizational consultant at Continuum since 1991. Her areas of expertise include leadership and team development, performance management, conflict management and workplace harassment. Gail is a certified DOT Substance Abuse Professional and a qualified facilitator of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator© (MBTI). She is co-developer and co-coordinator of Continuum’s wellness program which received the 2012 Governor’s Wellness Grower Award.
